Pros (+) Good customer service, friendly front desk. Beautiful building, lovely reuse of an old government building. Great location. Nice to have laundry machines and kitchen in the room. Really large room.
Cons (-) - No a/c - really warm. They cannot add a/c ducting or holes to the outside because the site is a Class 1 Heritage site, i.e. historic site. However, why can't they add portable units? - Tired rooms. The tiling is old, the shower is old and water gets all over the floor, the upstairs tv didn't work right, and the layout of the bathroom is so small. - Based on the tired rooms, this is not a 4 or 5 ...
