Cons:
The booking went through, but I got a call in the morning that the rental place did not have the car I had selected. They offered to get a comparable vehicle 3.5 hours after the pre-arranged pick up time. I was looking at a 10 hour drive, which would have put me at my destination around midnight on the following day. This is a case I needed to avoid, traveling with children. The manager could not help me. I chose to make a different reservation and use a different rental company. A ton of time wasted. A horrible experience. Will always check on Budget before I call you guys next time.Avis

Pick up was easy and the transaction was smooth. I like that you can drop the car off at the airport.Cons:
I wish I was told that the drop off location would open at 4AM. I was there at 330AM and was confused that all the gates were locked. Luckily there was a guard who informed me about the opening time.9.2 Wonderful
