They charge the card before we arrive and when we arrive they sold out the rooms we choose, they want that we be in a single room when we pay for double rooms, smells was not good in all hotel

Cons (-) Wet carpets, booked a jacuzzi tub then the lady at the desk said they didn the have them, whole place felt dirty, bathroom door wouldn’t close

Pros (+) The hotel is quiet and a good value for the money. The room that we stayed in was not missing anything , except for a phone book. The decor was good and there was no missing paint or wallpaper.We had adequate towels and soaps.The bed was OK but not the greatest. Cooling system was adequate.
Cons (-) Electronic door lock worked but took a few tries before it recognized the key card. The continental breakfast had no bagels or bread to toast, although there were toasters. This has always been a disappointment at this hotel.The room had that cheap air freshener carpet deoderizer smell to it. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, so hopefully they were not trying to cover up something.
