KAYAK

Pros:

The staff was friendly when I arrived. However, I could not reached to them via phone when I needed to ask a question. They just do not respond to the phone.

Cons:

I was supposed to pay 32.59 as a total charge at the dropp off. However, the dropoff clerk charged me $42.60 despite the fact that the tank was full. When I talked to her, she said she has done it by mistake and the money will be returned back to me. I still could not get my money back.

KAYAK
The car was very new and freshly cleaned. The agent was very helpful and efficient. We were considering changing our rental times (we reserved the car for only hours and I wanted to extend them to eight hours) but there was not an easy way to do it online without doing a new rental, which likely would have changed the rate, so we didn't bother.
