Pros (+) The head waiter was very personable and friendly. Very helpful with the menu and always greeted you with a hello and handshake. Bad point is the wait for the bill or to sign the check... seemed like he didn't want you to go. The restaurant was the only really good thing about the hotel but it was closed on Sunday after breakfast.
Cons (-) While the staff where friendly, only one or two spoke English As for their so called shuttle service to and from the airports or into Milan Central... 45 Euros to or from airport and that is the extent of it. Nowhere else... not even 3 Kilometers to a train station. When checking out I had to take a cab which was 20 euros to go 3 Kilometers. The locations is horrible. Pretty much the middle of now...
