Cons (-) The pool was advertised as heated, however, it was very cold. Further, the pool area was poorly maintained in that the chairs were all askew and used towels were strewn about. I realize guests left the area in this manner however, the management should keep a more watchful eye and make adjustments as needed regarding staffing assignments and tasks, to ensure the facilities stay tidy and appealing.
