Cons: The double bed room was very uncomfortable, you can not lock the room, its like the cellar room: The waste pipe of the upper room is in this room over the bed and when it is used very noisy!! The bed is very uncomfortable.

Pros: Urban House is close to all the tourist site and is a short walking distance from the Central Station. The hostel is clean and very modern.
Cons: Travelers arriving early has no option to check in early. Check in time is 3pm. The hostel has lockers to place your bags if you want to see the city before the 3pm check in. Additionally, breakfast is extra fee.

The cleaning was not done on a daily basis. The toilet inside the room was dirty. At some point there was no more toilet paper or soap. The showers on the 3rd floor were closed and my key was not working.

Pros: Location was perfect, on the edge of the old town and close enough to great restaurants and bars and fabulous parks. The staff, from check in through breakfast, bar, meal to check out, were very friendly and helpful. The bar area was very lively, with plenty to do including various bar games and petanque. Stayed two separate nights (around a couple of nights in Malmö).
Cons: The bunk beds are quite small, with very little head room on the lower bunk - I now have a lovely little scar on top of my head!

Pros: friendly and helpful staff. First time in Europe and they helped me get around. Its like a cafe/hostel. Has a cafe/bar and little performing stage. You can also come in and out at any hours as you please. It is convenient to EVERYTHING in copenhagen.
Cons: shower smelled a little funky. it was coming from the drain. and i had to go to the 3rd floor for kitchen. nothing to reduce the rating though, maybe just picky on my part.

Pros: Located directly across the street from Copenhagen Central Station, as well as other central activities like Tivoli and walking distance from The Round Tower, Church of Our Savior, Museum of Denmark, etc. Charming commons room with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free WIFI & plenty of charge ports.
