10.0 Excellent
Pros: At first glance you do not think it is a grand hotel. The lobby looks a little outdated, but when you reach the breakfast room facing the Avenida you realize how beautiful this hotel really is. The chandeliers are amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the linens are clean and the furnishings are beautiful. The room is very beautiful and airy. The location is perfect, you can walk to all the main shopping places and neighborhoods.

Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations above & beyond. The level of the details every day made us feel like we were the only ones there. The breakfast was one of best I have ever experienced at a hotel buffet. All the staff was very knowledgeable about restaurants. Top notch
Cons: I loved everything about the hotel, not one thing was bad

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and always ready to offer any help with great attitude. The hotel itself presents an aura of elegance and peacefulness. The rooms are comfortable; beds and pillows are good. The breakfast is gorgeous, plenty of selections and the dining room is brilliant with good street view
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at this beautiful 5 star property before and knew what I was supposed to receive and I was not disappointed in the least. The receptionist was fabulous, I was offered breakfast when I checked in around 10 AM. I was surprised they had a room available. Breakfast was 5 stars. The location of the Palace is perfection. They are 1 block from the restaurant section and about 1/2 mile to the river. I was sailing out of Lisboa and have done that many times. The Avenida Palace makes it even more special. Thank you.

Cons: I do not have one thing negative to say.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s clean with good WiFi and good staff! Not noisy at all and feel safe!
Cons: I don’t know why but we had 1-2 harmless flying creature in the room sometimes.. just simple fly! But we are on 4 th floors and we hardly open the window to balcony. It’s a mystery!

Pros: Great friendly staff, awsome hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was clean and quite comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the service was nice. The hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon, close to every attraction. Even though our room was facing a busy street, it was quiet throughout the day.
Cons: Our room (located on the 1st floor), the hotel lobby and the 1st floor corridor smelled from the restaurant downstairs. The street of the hotel is quite busy with touristy restaurants and as a result you have to push your way to the hotel entrance through people who try to get customers. Having a room with a street view on the 1st floor, basically means that you won’t be able to open the curtains of the room which can make your stay quite unpleasant.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped us with Tuk Tuk tour organisation and advise. Room were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Location was absolutely perfect in the heart of the center. The view from the lounge is amazing.

Pros: Front desk staff member Ines was fantastic. Couldn't find hotel through narrow streets so she left hotel and sat in back seat and guided us; view from rooftop bar; location.
Cons: All good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The rooms were sound proof from street noise.
Cons: The bathroom was very small. Our room was right next to a staff room where they banged the door in the afternoons while cleaning the rooms.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location is amazing. The staff of the reception are very helpful. The staff of the roof top were really, really lovely.
Cons: The staff of the spa are the worst I have ever met. There’s one lady who was extremely rude. The place could be much cleaner, I had to at least remind the staff to clean my room 3 times.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. We arrived very early in the morning and several hours prior to check in. They were able to accommodate us within a few hours and even surprised us with a gift basket and note as we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. Superb hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place! from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Spa access included with indoor pool and gym, rooftop pool and staff were great! Live band in the bar, fresh flowers every day and chocolate treats in the room. Good variety and tasty breakfast. Well worth the money and would definitely stay again!
Cons: Everything was generally great but if I was being picky 1 member of staff was rude at the information desk when we asked for help BUT he was no reflection on all other staff members who were fantastic and went out of their way to help. The Bar was great but the cocktails were too expensive, €20 is too much. If they reduced them to between €10 -€15 they would sell a lot more and the bar would be a lot more bustling.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful spa, fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff
Cons: Expensive bar at the pool
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Front desk and restaurant staff was terrific and helpful, breakfast was excellent quality and offered a great selection.

Pros: The facilities were great, location was good with a lot of nice restaurants nearby and a shopping centre with food court. Loved having a day by the rooftop infinity pool and relaxing in the sun. Very comfortable beds with great service.
Cons: Expensive breakfast (€27.50 per person) Expensive drinks at both bars and from the minibar. Room service has a €7 service charge on top of anything you request. Rooftop pool is difficult to get a bed as it’s so busy. Might be because it’s open to the public for €50 per day.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: More beds in the pool areas.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location exceptional service and the staff were very helpful
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Price
6.2 Good
Cons: When we (group of six people) book with paid in full and check in to hotel, we DID NOT know that we have to pay the taxes 2 euros per day and the person help to check in did not mention that either. After we signed our name on the card which we DID NOT see the taxes 2 euros per day on the card, but when we check out someone put that taxes 2 euros per day on the card afterward. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS THE MATTER OF PRINCIPLE. They can put any amount on the card after we signed. We REFUSED to pay the taxes. I hope that the hotel do not charge us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sofia was lovely during check out. Beautiful hotel with a great pool
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the facilities of this hotel! Big gym with coach, nice spa and amazing rooftop. The staff are very helpful. The Conceirge in particular was excellent.
Cons: I felt the rooms are a bit old.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The rooms were noisy and when asked to move it took all day. Once we moved the room was a downgrade from the room booked and we were not compensated for the loss.
Cons: See above
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and comfortable rooms!
Cons: The housekeeping service missed some details. One day I had no turn down service. And the following day they forgot to provide floor towels in the bathroom. I had to call and ask for it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - Great location with walking distances to the water and castle around 20 minutes, - excellent rooftop bar and restaurant - exceedingly nice staff - lovely and quiet pool area in the backyard
Cons: - rooibos tea not available
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a nice, large lobby with a bar. The staff was friendly and the concierge service was very accommodating in helping us set up reservations. On the roof, the Sky Bar had amazing views of the city and was a great place to get drinks during sunset. The hotel also has a very beautiful and relaxing pool area.
Cons: In my experience, I found the walls of our room to be a little thin since I could hear noises from the room above us. I also wish the bed could have been a queen instead of two connecting twin beds.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was OK, but lots of better options. Rooftop bar was very nice, but miserable for guests in rooms anywhere near it . . . .
Cons: Room was small, dark, and LOUD. Decor, fittings, and carpet all needed a refresh 5 years ago Clearly, a volume hotel for Viking Cruises to muster their cruisers before placing them on a bus.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Staff is ok, but the so called lady executive mgr was not friendly and not try to solve problems. She did not try to make a six dollar error on a 3 nite stay. She said that mistake had to make by their executive DIRECTOR . That six dollar had to charge when we check out( they did not tell us when we checked in. And our was a PREPAID stay). The washing sink basin was made of kind of soft pastic( in a 4, 5 star hotel ??).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing. Beautifully decorated hotel. Location.
Cons: Bathtub size (ridiculously small for a 5 star hotel; would have been happier with a large shower). Rooms could use some remodeling, a little underwhelming.

Cons: Bed was too firm for us. There was an issue with AC in the room it would not cool, they fixed it next day. Dinner was a bit of a let down. Looking for the food to taste better than average. It also took a very long time to get our dinner.

Overview Reviews
Through a narrow street and a small tunnel sits Memmo Príncipe Real—home to a secret spot with breathtaking city views and a gateway to the heart of one of the most charming neighborhoods in Lisbon. Almost levitating at the top of the hill, the 41-room property is the first five-star luxury boutique hotel in what is now the trendiest neighborhood in Lisbon. Here, one finds the same limestone flooring used in historical buildings and royal palaces throughout the city. The hotel also showcases a mix of contemporary and classic styles in a cosmopolitan ambience of tranquility and impeccable service that provides the visitor with a Lisbon experience that feels both timeless and authentically local.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The terrace room we stayed in was gorgeous - thoughtful touches, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and stunning views.
Cons: The service was not exactly 5 stars. Simple requests took unnecessary lengthy time, restaurant staff lacked attention to detail and an overall high standard service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the stylish decor throughout and the friendly knowledgeable staff. Beautiful views over the city. Comfortable bed and good linen, loved the Hermes toiletries.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: central but very secluded and quiet location Relaxing in the swimming pool after a day of sightseeing Terrace bar with great view over Lisbon, and serious drinks. Stylish modern interior design. Good restaurant Friendly staff, particularly at reception.
Cons: Coffee at breakfast disappointing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location and nice design. Breakfast OK.
Cons: Rooms are really small, I had a room with a terrasse and for the price not even a desk where one could work.. w a decent chair to it.. terrasse not a terrase but 2 chairs.. Dinner did not live up to expectations.. surprisingly ordinary for the reputation of the restaurant..
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bar, pool and view from pool area were all attractive. The breakfast was actually good and staff very helpful. However the rest of the review would not be so positive.
Cons: Directions to the hotel if you are driving are a complete joke! Website needs to be upfront on how to actually get there as one has to drive through a virtually impossible to find narrow passageway off the main street listed as the address. Enough to simply say don't stay. I paid for a suite and the configuration was also a joke - minuscule bathroom facilities - simply not worth it in any way.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nicely designed with a beautiful view overlooking Lisbon.
Cons: Service could have been better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Such a stunning hotel. The view is amazing. I was there for work but I'd recommend it for a romantic trip, incredible pool! Beautifully designed hotel, great attention to detail. Awesome rooms and fabulous linen!
Cons: That I can't get a booking for my next trip- they're full!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Design and location
Cons: Price could be more chill
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff, superb central location, beautiful terrace with a pool and an amazing view, very thought out, design interior, room with all amenities.
Cons: If you book through booking.com, they charge € 30pp for breakfast (if you book through their website, breakfast is included). 30€ pp for breakfast is exaggerated, moreover the breakfast is good and fresh, but the bread and croissants are really awful (dried out because they are set up very early in the morning in individual baskets). For €30 pp I expect nothing less than an impeccable, luscious, over-the-top breakfast. Tip: there are 2 very good bakeries (A Padaria Portuguesa and Patriarcal) just outside the hotel where you can have a good breakfast with decent croissants for less than €10 pp. The interior is very design, thought out, fancy and posh, but lacks character. The rooms are small, but should be ok for 2 people (we were in a superior room with terrace and city view). We had a crib however and this really is not ok in this room: we couldn't enter the terrace, open the door to the fridge,... : the crib blocks everything and the room really is too small to have a crib in it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is just unbelievable professional and kind. Great location. Great food and cocktails.
Cons: —

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely accommodating. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The grounds inside castle walls are so close to everything but so intimate and comfortable. It felt like home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a very special property. Located within the gate of the Sao Jorge Castle, we felt like we were in a romantic little town on top of Lisbon. The staff was amazing and had arranged ahead of time to meet our private driver with a golf cart to get us and our luggage to the hotel. (Taxis can actually drive directly to the hotel) From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing! Each staff member was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! This was an incredible way to begin our Portugal adventure! The breakfast every morning was fabulous and we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. All day, there were complimentary and delicious snacks and drinks available. They even accommodated my dairy and gluten issues (fresh eggs and almond milk each morning!). At night we sat outside in the courtyard reading on the daybed and enjoying this magical place. The staff was SO lovely - a few to note were Joanna, Salvador, Aleques and Paula. I wish I had all of their names because they all made our experience so special. Also, the neighborhood has some fabulous restaurants nearby!
Cons: At first we were in a lower level room right on the walking road. We were much happier when we moved up to a higher room with a little balcony. It is a little walk to get there, but the hotel will get you with a golf cart at anytime. We loved the walk- great exercise after all of the good food!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the fabulous staff at the front desk. Always ready to help with a suggestion or an answer to a question. Loved the honor bar ! So nice to be able to make yourself a late afternoon cocktail. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing!!!

Pros: Great location. Wonderfully decorated with colourful furniture and a beautiful lobby sitting area attached to the bar. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The staff really want to make sure you got everything out Lisbon. The hotel had walking tours and staff sat with us and mapped out areas to explore. Unfortunately we only had two nights in Lisbon. You need more time!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Browns was a small boutique hotel in downtown Lisbon. It’s location made exploring easy and the staff at the desk and the bar were amazingly helpful and always happy. The room, although small (small room with street view) was perfect. All the little details and extras made up for the lack of size. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Cons: If I had to find anything to dislike it would be trying to get in room the first time. There was a little trick to opening it with the key.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Room is so small in size
7.9 Good
Pros: This ‘bohemian’ style hotel is located just off Rue Augusta in the heart of Lisbon, which was great. The decor is fabulous and the staff are really friendly. Beak fast was lovely.
Cons: The lighting was too dim/dark and a little overpriced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast excellent- had something for everyone and it was tasty. Bar/Lobby area- fantastic. We love a great lobby to relax, have a coffee and chill. We booked the same day of check in and reserved a small room. No misrepresentation - it was small. LOL Not a negative. The bathroom was large and bright. Utilization of space was well thought out. Every inch served a purpose, from drawers to hanging cloths, mini fridge, coffee machine, safe, iron, etc... bravo to the designer.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for 4 nights for our first trip to Lisbon, it's super close to everything and the staff were very helpful. We didn't opt for breakfast as there are lots of places nearby (Zenith is really good!). Bedroom was lovely, spacious and clean.
Cons: The swimming pool - we picked this hotel based on the pool but the area is so tiny and shaded you kind of want to just go back to your airconned room instead. The reception area is also strange not having a desk and more of a sit down chill buzz which I wasn't into but each to their own!
7.5 Good
Pros: So clean, pretty, Hospitable.

Pros: Wonderfully wacky! If you like the colour green you'll love it. And the receptionist wore a dressing gown and had her hair wrapped in a towel. All the illusion of a spa but without the spa! Loved it!

Cons: Breakfast menu need to reconsider , few items need to be added specially in gluten free menu.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Every one of the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. Reported this and they did respond quickly and sent someone to fix. Still too warm though and we could not leave the terrace door open for cool air due to construction next door.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities. Amazingly comfortable. Very helpful staff.
Cons: Overpriced coffee and drinks. Also service on the rooftop bar was a bit confusing.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent and friendly staff. Nice sized indoor pool. Healthy but doable walk to scenic areas and metro.
Cons: Has the "modern" room set up with a glass door bathroom, so the other person is disturbed by the light shining through. Beware that you will be charged 2.5 euros for each coffee pod beyond the two offered! Gym is small but workable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best night's sleep in Lisbon - bed was amazing! Room cozy and comfortable. Hotel staff helpful and breakfast buffet had enough choices for everyone in the family.
Cons: Liked it all...
6.3 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: The room is too small for the money .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff were amazing and helpful. Rooms were clean and immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble. We walked in our bags were delivered to our room. Me and my Girlfriend popped up to the rooftop bar straight away to have a drink and get in the jacuzzi in the evening sun. We came back to the room and there waiting was a complimentary bottle of Champagne and birthday cake which we drank and ate on our extremely large balcony/patio area. It was incredible. We had a small issue with accidentally being charged too much for parking, it was resolved immediately and refunded, very good customer service. I don't like to return to the same hotel, but next time i'm in Lisbon I will be definitely be staying here again!

Pros: Beautiful palace built by a 19th Century cocoa importer made a Count by the King. Magnificent building, professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast included, comfortable rooms and good (not great) fitness center, spa and pool.
Cons: Not as many drawers for clothes as would be ideal; no facecloths in bathroom (only towels), location is 1+ mile away from the main activities so cabs are required.

Overview Reviews
Eurostars Museum 5 * stands on the banks of the River Tagus as a faithful witness of the passage of centuries in the city of Lisbon. Its walls, completely restored, remain the same ones that lived the Islamic invasions, odyssey of the trips to the New World and that sheltered to families related to the court. Its rooms still have vestiges and the elegance of past times, but they have been able to incorporate the best services so that you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay in Lisbon. The Eurostars Museum 5 * invites you to visit the archaeological exhibition that it houses in its interior, in order to value this important cultural and historical heritage of the Portuguese capital.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and overall service.
Cons: Lack of drawers in the bedside and writing tables and slow room cleaning routine.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: The room was smaller them we expected , it was bugs in the showers at the pool aria, very small fitness, they booked me a pedicure witch was the worst one I ever had, the whole experience was not nice.
6.7 Good
Pros: Bed was good . View was nice
Cons: İt does not feel as 5 star hotels as I stayed "Four seasons" at " swiss hotels " at " Conrad Hiltons "Hermitages " and other 5 stars. My expectations were more like other 5 stars. And many things are missing in the bathrooms ( even hair conditioner, make up cottons etc.. etc...

10.0 Excellent

Cons: Located in very safe area, but adjacent building an eyesore!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, great service, great view, great facilities x
Cons: n/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room itself was just beautiful, and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We received a free upgrade to a Junior Suite which was an unexpected and appreciated surprise. The shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable, and when we arrived back at the hotel after dinner found a free small bottle of port with a Portuguese custard tart, 2 macaroons and some fruit. Talk about going above and beyond! Breakfast is definitely a bit pricey at 20 euros per person, but if you have a large appetite I’d say it’s worth it - delicious pastries, croissants, many varieties of eggs, fruits, cheeses, meats - and even fresh orange juice and champagne to make your own mimosas!
Cons: We wanted to have a drink in the evening but there isn’t exactly a typical hotel bar set-up and when asked they didn’t seem to know how to make an old-fashioned which was a shame - We were also the only ones there so not quite the vibe we were looking for. But certainly not a huge issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent rooms, the location was amazing .... not only single thing I could say that wasn’t good. Thank you for everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: There is an underground parking right near the place. Archaeological site within. Nice bathroom.

Pros: Just a five minute walk from the main square along the water. The staff were all excellent, attentive and helpful. The museum portion was really interesting and everything was top notch. Highly recommend and would stay again if give the opportunity.
Cons: Not a thing.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was tasty and plentiful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful contemporary hotel, very helpful staff and the rooftop pool is fantastic. The breakfast was really outstanding. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: We loved everything about this hotel, but wished it was possible to open the bedroom windows to the street a little more, and not have to rely so much on air conditioning. Even though our room had many windows as we were on the corner of the building, there was only one small window that could be opened to let in fresh air from outside.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean, great rooftop pool and nice spa facilities. Powerful air conditioning! Staff are wonderful. 6€ Uber to the airport or to downtown/main tourist areas and the metro is literally across the street. There’s also a grocery store across the street!

8.0 Excellent
Cons: location is far from main touristic attractions and not much around (walking distance)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed there before. Didn't let us down. Well located (near train and metro station). Easy to park around at any time. Great facilities: pool, gym and recently renovated rooms. Good value for money in our opinion
Cons: nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is located in an office and residential section of north Lisbon. It is a short and inexpensive taxi ride from the airport, and the hotel is relatively near the Gulbenkian Foundation Museum, one of the major museums of Lisbon. It is rather far from the downtown historical center, but there is a subway station on the Blue Line that goes downtown right across the street. The breakfast is excellent, although pricey (20 Euros) if not already included in room rate. The hotel restaurant is quite good for lunch with a good fixed price lunch menu (18 euros). The front desk staff is very helpful. They all speak excellent English
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable (we stayed in a junior suite). Staff good. Range of restaurants in hotel good, if a little pricey. Spa floor excellent... husband rated his massage in his top 3 ever even if it was priced accordingly. Service at reception and concierge was very good indeed. Proximity to Sete Rios railway station was good for us and the metro station also nearby.
Cons: For Portugal the restaurant prices were on the high side, especially breakfast... which was otherwise very good indeed. Main gripe is the location which is way out of the centre of old Lisbon and a good 20-25 minute taxi ride. Even the hop on hop off bus stops were a fair walk on the heat of day during our stay.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: No hairdryer in room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very friendly and welcoming staff especially after a long flight from Australia and a 0100 check in. Would definitely stay again if in Lisbon. Club access excellent. Beautifull breakfast.
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property is modern and elegant. Very comfortable room, nice ambiance. Love the spa smell, very clean. We really enjoyed the piano bar, Fatima played songs upon request and we sung along
Cons: Although the area is nice and the hotel has a nice restaurant and piano bar, the location is a little far from the restaurants area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were given an upgrade and able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. Plus a surprise beautiful celebratory dessert with champagne for our anniversary. Thank you for a warm welcome to Portugal.

Pros: Breakfast was 10/10, Rooms were so lovely, Staff so accommodating, Pool and gym were brilliant. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay in The Corinthia Lisbon to friends and family. Location was fantastic for metro and so close to the Zoo.
Cons: Could not fault the Corinthia Lisbon, No complaints at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow!Tough question especially when the product is first class and ran like a "well oiled machine".
Cons: There is nothing I can say to improve perfection

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very varied breakfast. Everything was replenished as needed. Pleasant surroundings
Cons: Sometimes items were a bit cold
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooftop pool was a very welcome addition after a hot day sightseeing
Cons: Waste of space outside - areas not used that could be additional bar and seating spaces. music facilities not working, reception bar not utilised.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location close to metro was very handy and the walk to the historic centre is not far and very pleasant. Also, if you're planning to visit Belém there is a direct bus that leaves from close to the hotel. (The staff will tell you which one.) The breakfast is very good. The staff generally are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The rooftop pool/bar is a nice idea but it's not very large and feels cramped because it is over-furnished with double day-beds for sunbathing. These are impractical and really only of service to couples.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money , location was excellent and the staff very helpful. I will come back!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome. Especially the smoothie maker and the pancake baker. They also offered fresh juices, cakes, scrambled eggs, a variety of cheese and prosciutto. Amazing! They also offered me (gluten and lactose intolerant) special yoghurt and bread. The rooftop pool was also very convenient and nice. It was a little overcrowded, so you have to wait a little at the bar until you get a sunbed. The water in the pool was very cold, but perfect for the hot temperatures in August/September. The cocktails you have to pay with cash - but they are delicious! The best part was the little cake and the Prosecco two employees from the hotel brought personally to the room, because of my boyfriend's birthday. Thanks for that! We really appreciated this gesture :)
Cons: Sometimes things ran out of stock during breakfast and it took a while the staff restocked everything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was good. I really liked the design of the hotel, the room was spacious and the shower really nice. The roof pool was super nice even if the water was ice cold but the warm weather made up for it.The breakfast was yummy with a lot of variety, the pancake machine was fun. And the staff was super friendly and service minded, very profesional!
Cons: We were 4 friends sharing a 2 double bed room and there was a lack of hooks to hang clothes and towels on. A suggestion is to put hooks in the entrance, a few more in the bathroom and on that part of wood wall in front of the closet. At breakfast one day the egg scramble was burnt and still served, that should of been supervised by the kitchen better.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds.
Cons: I thought I had booked a room including breakfast but I had to pay for breakfast on arrival.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Close to everything. Quick walk or cab drive to historical quarters. Clean and quirky music inspired décor. Hi-tech room facilities; pretty cool. Great views. Best feature: rooftop pool with awesome views of the park and city. Live music by the pool every night. Excellent staf. Bruno and Diogo were outstanding.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were excellent. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and recommend travellers take their special deal on arrival as there are no local places to get breakfast otherwise. Tip - get a room facing the park for best views.
Cons: The roof top pool area didn't work very well. All furniture was fixed and there were nowhere near enough tables and chairs to sit at. There was also lots of empty space which could have been better utilised. The large fixed sunloungers took up far too much room and normal loungers, which could be moved, would have worked much better. They also didn't maximise the area for night time drinks, as the potential was fantastic but seating rubbish. To sum up the rooftop pool area - it was an amazing facility completely badly designed. If I owned the Hotel I would sweat that asset far more as it could be a "go to" destination for night time drinkers. The lobby seating was also similar in the fact that it wasn't at all conducive to sitting in or drinking at, even though there was a bar. Guests like us like to sit in a hotel in the evening having drinks and playing cards etc. This was impossible here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel,stunning room,nice view,friendly and helpful staff,perfect location,lovely breakfast

Pros: The location was great, rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: Glass bathroom made to hard to not disturb anyone sleeping in bedroom during the night since lighting would shrine through
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good clean and comfortable room, lovely pool and good service.
Cons: Food and drink is overpriced. Location isn't ideal, it's a long walk from the most popular parts of the city.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is on the top of the hill and in the business district which made it feels less touristy. It is still just a few minutes walk from the Marques de Pompal and the main walking street Avenida de Liberdade. I really like the new rooms and indeed the rooftop restaurant which has an amazing view of the sunset.
Cons: I did not like the small swimming pool and the poor little fitness centre. I have expected the Gym and Pool to be much better than other Portuguese managed hotels but this wasn't the case.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: service was excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast buffet; great bedding; perfect location near historic sites and subway access to beach and city center.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the location was fabulous.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Very design - good breakfast
Cons: I had to call 3 times for the maintenance: shower do not work- bath impossible to fill up , tv with no sound Trust the hotel to book a tuk tuk hotel 210€ for 2 hours since in the street it is 120€ ! Very bad experience with a young girl at the reception very haughty
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Very relaxed. Beautiful views. Great breakfast
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The location, staff & facilities were outstanding. Highly recommend getting the breakfast; the cafeteria was gorgeous and the breakfast buffet large, various & delicious. Take advantage of the spa water facilities (free to hotel guests) as they were incredible.
Cons: The furniture in the sitting area of the room was a bit worn & we couldn't connect to the wifi.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and view are magnificent, the best in Lisbon.
Cons: The facilities were not working properly. The blackout could not close entirely and sunlight entered the room. The office table had been damaged and not fixed, and the light over a bedside table was not working.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All the things are beyond my expectations... Especially breakfast is one of top service in my whole life!! Late dinner in Mensagem cafeteria is also the best quality. The only one consideration of going to center of lisbon was not big problem, because it took only 15 minutes and cost of uber is just 9 euros. Furthermore, the shuttle service from the property to center is three times a dat. You can mix uber and shuttle depending on situations. Reasonable 5 star hotel in lisbon !!!
Cons: The swimming pool should have opened earlier in the morning. Around 7 am would be more beneficial to all of customers...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice big room with a wonderful view.
Cons: The bathtub faucet was leaking when on. The bathtub had a broken drain. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to go around the broken drain and actually drain the water out.
