Pros: Everything.

Pros: Myriad hotel was a perfect location for a “staycation” weekend. The hotel is wonderful and the entire customer experience made great by all staff. From reception, check-in to room delivery - everyone we interacted was professional, polite and helpful.

Cons: We will come back so we can enjoy more the facilities which were rightfully closed for Covid-19 safety measures.

Pros: I liked amazing service from first Hello meeting me near taxi and till last Goodbye. Amazing service in SPA thanks for Selesia she does job with love. My massage specialist Filipa was great. I am so thankful for waitress Eduardo super service and amazing advices what dish to choose. Waitress Rose just sweet heart. Whom you want to hug saying Goodbye. 5* for chef! Very creative. Food not just very tasty but looks amazing.

Cons: I would be able to pay in restaurant with food card, refeição. But that not a big deal. That didn't not spoil my mood

Pros: The service was overall excellent, there is not much else to say. Expect a standard 5* service.

Cons: There were a few water related issues that turned out to be area related so I guess I can't fault the hotel for that. It did impact my stay negatively though. I felt there were quite too many switches to turn lights on/off, it felt a little bit overwhelming as it took me a while to find the light switches for the bathroom as they were inconveniently hidden behind a coat hanger. A lot of options aren't necessarily bad, It's just that I personally appreciate simplicity and value user friendliness above all else. Finally, the tub massage feature wasn't working properly so that was also another let down.

Pros: This is the second time I have stayed at The Olissipo as we enjoyed it so much last time we visited Lisbon. Ideally located for all restaurants, adjacent to Metro and lovely clean accommodation, really comfortable. Christina went out of her way to accommodate our request and wishes. Every facility is available and would not hesitate to book again when we visit Lisbon.

Pros: Perfect location just steps from the Metro and many restaurants. A nice, relatively quiet neighborhood a bit out of the touristy zones, which are easily accessible via Metro or bus. Minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and bright. The bathroom luxuriously large. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: We had no complaints about this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.

Pros: Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was decorated well and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was reliable and had decent options, although it did have the same things every day.

Pros: Clean rooms and shared facilities in a really convenient location right by Saldanha metro station, which made it really easy to get to/from the airport. I unfortunately had to leave before breakfast so I missed out on the food. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the showers and toilets were bright and clean.

Pros: Looking from outside, this place didn’t seem impressive. On entering the apartments, it was a surprise. Rooms are clean, well kept. Location is great and accessible to all places. Just outside the part Kent’s is a bus stop and a metro station.

Pros: The Bed and Breakfast is one floor of a block of flats. There are multiple private bedrooms and a shared living space, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and clean, and very cosy. Breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, croissants, fruit, coffee, juice, teas and cereal. The location is great if you buy a metro ticket for around £6 every day, you can access most parts of Lisboa. The location is safe and near to shops. This accommodation is fantastic value for money.

Cons: Finding the apartments could have been a little easier, maybe a bigger sign outside and a more detailed description that the apartments take up only one section of the building. Other than this the stay was perfect,.

Cons: Construction works in the building. If you want to take a rest during the day it is not possible.

Pros: The room was spacious, big bathroom with bidet. The hotel is well-located, and next to Campo Pequeno metro station! Two swimming pools with good depth, perfect for exercise!

I have travelled around the world and stayed at top five star hotels, but was genuinely impressed by these young professionals, and, of course, management, because training and supervision are the key. Thank you, dear staff! I have no words to express how grateful I was to your kindness. Hopefully, kindness will be your trademark. May you all thrive and have a wonderful life.

Cons: Nothing! And I am a though customer. But these people would always go out of their way to make every single impossible demand possible and effortless, and surprise you with something better than what you asked for. And it feels genuine and thoughtful.

Pros: Great location, just in front of the metro station, there is also a garage for the car (for surcharge). Very good breakfast, nicely decorated and cosy rooms (and warm during winter time which is hard to find in Portugal). Very clean and spacious bathroom. Extremely helpful staff with all info you need.

Pros: Perfect location, 15 m to the Metro with direct connection from the airport. The small pool on the rooftop was nice to relax in after a day's sightseeing. Good choice of restaurants 5-10 min walk from the hotel.

Cons: The choiche on the breakfast table was limited.

Pros: We did encounter some issues as described below. Staff needs to be ahead of possible issues that can go wrong, like not forgetting final inspections on rooms, call ahead if there’s a delay in service (breakfast). However when talking to the staff they solved the issue, they were polite and apologized. Very friendly staff who understood the mistake and fixed it. We had previously been given an upgrade by Paulo (super nice gentleman) and the room was amazing. Housekeeping manager Ana was also attentive and careful when addressing the issues we had.

Cons: When we arrived, the apartment was on “fire”. It was uncomfortably hot. It took 1h30 to start to get fresher and after a few calls to the reception. An apartment with all the kitchen appliances, but without simple things like napkins and dish cloths. The bed was really uncomfortable. We have a really bad sleeping. There is no ramp connection from the parking garage to the reception and the apartments, you need to carry on all your luggage and strollers by the stairs. We requested the Wi-Fi password to the receptionist, she told that she will send by message but we never received it. The toilet ventilation was ridiculous noisy. We were travelling with our kid, and in the middle of the living room they have a glass coffee table and a tv remote with the batteries totality accessible. The microwave and the shower really needs a tutorial. ::Update:: I was contacted by the hotel and they tried to buy my silence: "Following our telephone conversation, I hereby contact you regarding your stay at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences(...) Based on your assessment, we noticed that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we are very sorry that it did. To compensate you for this, we would like to propose another visit to our hotel, to enjoy a Voucher for a meal at our restaurant Dona Joaquina valid for two people (maximum value 40 euros). !!!!In addition, we would like to remind you that all the assessments written on Booking.com may be changed and/or deleted. We urge you to reconsider yours and, with our voucher offer, have the opportunity to visit Upon Lisbon and get to know our standards of excellence. The beds were super comfy as well. Very well maintained hotel. Pity that COVID is almost making hotels run empty, but still the services didn't seem to be compromised!

Cons: The hotel staff inform us that the shuttle to the airport comes at 9am and 920am. We were there at 855am. The shuttle did not come at all at it was 930 before we have to rush to take Uber to the airport. The hotel staff keep telling the bus is coming.

Pros: We were traveling with our pet and the hotel did everything to make sure that our pet would have a excellent stay as well. The location of the hotel is a great spot for travelers, near the subway and train, and it is in the heart of Parque das Nações.

Pros: The location is really convenient to Lisbon's Expo Center, shopping and to a major transportation hub. Friendly staff.

Cons: Late check in times. At least I think 2pm is late anyway. Room was very nice but on the small side. The bathroom was very nice but shower setup managed to get part of the bathroom floor soaking wet. My pet peeve: No way to leave your devices charging when you're out of the room. Your door card shuts all the power off in the room when you clise the room door and take it with you. I know it's a green thing but leaving a USB plug on to charge a phone would make such a difference? Really?

Pros: In time of COVID, the hotel is safe and was taking the right measures to avoid the risks of contamination, the room is comfortable, large and very clean, the bathroom shower could be better. The breakfast was delivered at the room, you get the menu and you choose what you want, well prepared, good food.

Pros: The room was very spacious and since i was traveling with my fiancee and 10 months old son it was perfect. The breakfeast was amazing. The kitchen prepared what you wanted and brought it to our room. The hotel is very close to the airport and is a perfect location. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. I always stay here when i have a lay over in Portugal.

Pros: After a month of work in the canteen of the Papal Swiss Guard in the Vatican, I returned to Portugal via Madrid. Knowing that I won't find a taxi on the last mile to my house, I decided to stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel. The reception staff recognized me. There is a more familiar atmosphere. I just feel good in this hotel chain. I am a loyal soul. See you again within the loyaliity program!

Pros: The staff were helpful in directing us to the Metro, nearby restaurants. Taxies were available when their airport shuttle was full. Beds were very comfortable, ambiance of the dining room and lobby relaxed, but staff attentive.

Pros: The front desk and concierge staff were excellent!! The concierge worked hard to find us dinner reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Very, very good. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast. Taxis were always available and the staff, who spoke excellent English, helped make sure the drivers knew where we wanted to go. And when it rained the staff furnished us with umbrellas.

Cons: The bar staff was okay but not outstanding. I was rather surprised at the limited hours of the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Dinner was okay but not as good as the breakfast.

Pros: The reservation staff was very accommodating. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am and I was allowed to check it at that time. My room was very spacious and include all the amenities that I needed. The hotel was very close to the airport and they offered free shuttle. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: We just needed a room close to the airport for a brief stay before an early flight. We thought this Holiday Inn was going to be adequate at best but everything was outstanding. Amazing service, immaculate room, good location. 24HR bar in the lobby.

Pros: Location was hard to find. The airport information personnel did not alert me to the van pickup potential from the hotel and sent me to stop 15 on the bus. A total waste of time, except for I got to see Lisbon.

Cons: Advertised a king bed but gave us 2 twin beds. Very loud in the hallways at night.

Pros: The hotel was close to the airport and rooms were clean.

Cons: The hotel was far away from everything except the airport, including there was no place to have some dinner and the kitchen of the hotel closed early. Only option at a dinner was to order from pizza hut. Also the advertised shuttle stops running early, which means that we actually had to take a cab from the airport to get to the hotel. The shuttle also is not courtesy, you actually have to pay extra for it.

Pros: close to the airport breakfast was like the American fast food hotel chains, nothing fresh prepared. Lisbon has such great bread, and this hotel had no fresh bread.

Cons: surroundings were a bit dangereous, a few minutes walk put us in the ghettos . for a few dollars more in a cab ride, you can get a beautiful hotel, with the flavor and food of the real lisbon. They charge 5 euros per person for airport shuttle, and with 2 people, it's almost the same as staying in the centrum.

Pros: It was a very clean, quiet place to stay for a night before heading home!

Cons: I didn't like that there were no free vehicles to pick me up or to return me to the airport without incurring some fees, especially the taxi from the airport to the hotel. I'm spoiled by having that service included in the hotel fee at home.

Pros: Arrived early in the morning by plane and could enter the room without any problem. They have nice airport shuttle service (04:00 the next morning).

Cons: The shower water switches from very hot to very cold. System cannot handle two persons showering at the same time? Showerhead losely fitted. Front door closes with a big bang when you don't hold on to the door.

Pros: Nice guesthouse in the Heart of Evora. I slept very well here. I had a room to the front / street, but with ear plugs it was all fine.

Cons: Very bad sound insulation. Could hear every body walking in doorway with bags and talking in low voice. Aloso a 2Euro extra tax on arrival ????? Why? And if you don't have a phone to call on arrival, you will be stuck on the sidewalk for a while as the place is not identified in a large bulding. Just press on every door bell and you might get the door to open!

Cons: The space is not clean enough. The entrance of the room is through kitchen. It smells of cooking. One bath is normal. Another - not clean. Towels and sheets with spots and torn. Dust and smell. Very poor for the price. Very expensive for low quality.

Pros: The place has great price for the conditions - the room is big and can accomodate easily 5people, its clean, good comfy beds. The place is 15’ from airport easily accesible. There are 2 bathrooms for all the guests with great hot water and spacious kitchen with sensible amenities. It’s not Ritz but given the price its ver good. Service was also very fast and accomodating

Pros: The staff was super friendly! The place was very clean and at a walking distance of the airport which was a must in my case. Quite affordable and very spacious room. The kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking. Small grocery 1 min down the street. Bus stop in front of the door.

Cons: The room was too cold (January) and had no heating. Bring earplugs in case the other travellers are noisy cause the rooms are not sound proof at all.

Pros: We just stayed one night since our flight was early in the morning. It is 15 min walk away from the airport, beds were comfortable and Wi-Fi works well. There are two bathrooms for 4 rooms, and you have access to well-equipped shared kitchen

Cons: The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear everything that people in other rooms do. The room was also quite cold since you can't properly close the doors to the balcony.

Pros: The guesthouse is very close to the airport, only a 5 minute drive away. It's perfect for travelers that need a place to stay before a departure or after arrival. The other airport hotels are twice the cost.

Cons: The guesthouse is unstaffed. You must first phone the owners of your arrival and they will meet you at the guesthouse. You are given the entry code and a room key and then you are left on your own. The owners are available by phone but there is no one staying at the guesthouse to help you.
