Cons (-) The food and ... the pharaoh ants are everywhere even when you get room service they come in your room it’s totally disgusting ... not to mention the water was shut off purposely and so was the lights

Cons (-) The pool temperature is very cold. Not any fun to swim in unless the sun is burning hot. What is even worse is the HOT TUBES are COLD!!! This is the one thing that needs to be corrected. Pros (+) Entertainment programming was amazing and the staff is so attentive. They make sure you're always enjoying yourself.
Cons (-) A struggle to reserve a beach chair- people wake up really early to mark chairs with belongings and there are not enough chairs for everyone.
