The employees hospitality and cleanliness.. the activities and the resort set up is awesome ..
The food and ... the pharaoh ants are everywhere even when you get room service they come in your room it’s totally disgusting ... not to mention the water was shut off purposely and so was the lights
Resort was beautiful and spotless. The all inclusive aspect of the resort.
Pool bars could have stayed open later. They close by 6 pm. Caribbean restaurant was not good.
Location is great staff is terrible, Food was fine
Get better staff stop trying to rip off folks
Great Value - you get what you pay for Would stay agian
The food service in the buffet is excellent. It is the only place we ate for our 7-day stay. There are a ton of options, the food is good quality and healthy. Mario in the main lobby (bellman) was great and very helpful. The staff overall do an excellent job. If you need something they will bring it to you or get you an answer. The location is great. Close to town so that you can walk 1.6 miles or take a short carb ride Beach is good with lots to do for the kids. If you are not traveling with kids. I would not stay here as there are a ton of kids here. Which is great if you have children
The pool temperature is very cold. Not any fun to swim in unless the sun is burning hot. What is even worse is the HOT TUBES are COLD!!! This is the one thing that needs to be corrected. Or fill them in with rocks so there is no expectation of using a hot tub. Not a criticism - if you travel to Cozumel bring $100-$200 in small bills $1,2,5. This way you can easily tip folks and you know what you are paying,
Entertainment programming was amazing and the staff is so attentive. They make sure you're always enjoying yourself.
A struggle to reserve a beach chair- people wake up really early to mark chairs with belongings and there are not enough chairs for everyone.
Everything was great
Better than Dreams!
Wonderful, attentive staff, beautiful landscape with 3 great pools, all with swim up bars. Casual to dress up dining, their own shopping center and on site shows. Wonderful experience. Will defiantly be back!
Staff were very polite and kind.
Food was same every meal. not much choice. I got sick of it and I had to go out to eat in downtown. They charge for room safety box every day.

We LOVE the Park Royal! We have been there at least 12 times and every time we try somewhere else, we always wish we were at the Park Royal. Great snorkeling right off the beach, good drinks, good food options, great, friendly staff and good entertainment options. Feels like home.
