Terrible! Prices were not as advertised, they did not accept personal insurance and sold me a toll pass I really did not need. After speaking with a manager from a different car rental company, I will never book a car through Kayak or similar 3rd party again. What was suppose to cost me $150 ended up costing me over $700. False advertising at its finest! Never again!
Terrible they marked me as a a no show and gave away my rental then refused to refund me.
I had paid for my car in full. I had to wait for my bus to pick us up. He didn’t want to wait. When I arrived at the pick up I was late due to bad weather and my car was given away. Remember I paid in full the car so it should have been there no matter what. I receive a smaller car after paying for the more larger one and wasn’t given my money back. Was told my insurance on my master card wasn’t good enough for insurance which I had used Multiple times in Florida. Which is the reason I have this cards to for theses extras. I was forced to purchase insurance. He told me I had to complete the walk around and fill out the forms as I look for the damage. Never had to do that. I walked around in the dark as the property doesn’t have enough light to see the dents and scratches on the vehicle. The office wasn’t up to standard. Needs a face lift. Wanted to drop off the car and there’s didn’t have a night time drop off between. 11pm- 6am . Had to paid $100 for airport drove off.
What started out to be $87 turned into $400 in the blink of an eye. The customer service sucks. The poor lady at the counter was by herself as the other gentleman was hanging out in the back. 10/10 would not recommend. The vehicle was nice but for $400 it better have been. Stay clear and rent from enterprise.
POOR!!! Absurd pick-up procedures; bad attitude of the employees; there was not a single customer who did not have problems with the pick-up; they did not care that in my case I have a 10-month-old baby who had to wait more than an hour to be able to do an absurd pick-up; the cars have faults, dents and dirt; the check-out was also terrible, I went to drop off the car and the store was not even open; the police recommended leaving the cars on the street and videos for our backup, it was a disaster I would never go back to rent a car there
My original rental experience was great. However, my plans had changed and I wanted to extend my rental. When I contacted an agent, she told me the charge to extend my rental would have been $500/day. I questioned her a number of times because I thought I misheard her. She confirmed that $500/day was the correct amount I would be charged if I kept the rental. I never got a good reason for this. Very disappointed.
