Pros (+) Nothing good to say really, very disappointed. Will never stay at that location again!
Cons (-) Everything from the $28 dollar parking fee to the $50 dollar security deposit that was NOT mentioned. Had to change rooms due to to AC failure and bathroom door, drove from the BAY AREA to LA, we were all tired and had to wait 2 hours to get a DECENT room not even all that.
Pros (+) The staff is amazing Ed the assistant manager at the front desk. Bartender. Security guard. Everyone is super nice.
Pros (+) The location was great because it was close to the airport and where we were visiting. The hotel restaurant was great, although the menu is a little limited, and the happy hour was solid. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Pros (+) Booked on kayak last minute for to a missed connection at the airport. We feel we got an excellent value. Service is friendly and room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) I liked the great service and the comfortable environment. The family felt very at home and it was very clean thank you Double Tree for making our stay a great experience.
Pros (+) Staff was so great. I was treated so kindly by the desk personnel because we had been having a rough start to our trip. Hostess at breakfast was amazing and so kind.
