Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's excellent location and appreciate the spacious rooms. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with expensive valet-only parking, inconsistent service quality, and occasional lapses in cleanliness. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others encountered unwelcoming or unresponsive service. Overall, the hotel is praised for its convenience and room size, but parking costs and service inconsistencies are common complaints.AI-generated from customer reviews

the mandatory valet parking that cost $50 a night ruined the experience for us.
Pros (+) Nothing good to say really, very disappointed. Will never stay at that location again!
Cons (-) Everything from the $28 dollar parking fee to the $50 dollar security deposit that was NOT mentioned. Had to change rooms due to to AC failure and bathroom door, drove from the BAY AREA to LA, we were all tired and had to wait 2 hours to get a DECENT room not even all that.
Pros (+) The staff is amazing Ed the assistant manager at the front desk. Bartender. Security guard. Everyone is super nice.
Pros (+) The location was great because it was close to the airport and where we were visiting. The hotel restaurant was great, although the menu is a little limited, and the happy hour was solid. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) We had some issues with our AC and the water pressure was a little low.
Pros (+) Clean and Efficient with good attention to the client
Cons (-) High parking fees not disclosed or even mentioned in the online booking. These fees would have made a difference in choosing a hotel. Parking fees in this area of California can run from $24 to $40 a night and are not disclosed in these listings but added on after you arrive.
