Cons (-) The AC in the room wasn't cooling very well.

Cons (-) Price for the hotel is way too high and an additional $20 per night for parking is not acceptable.

Cons (-) No water pressure. Even lower than most hotels. You could not get the temperature to stick. Even turned off it activated.

Pros (+) 10 minutes from Santa Monica & Venice but much more affordable Facilities seemed very nice, even though we had plans elsewhere so didn't use many of them Bed was comfortable Room was spacious & had mini-refrigerator Housekeeping cleaned the room much better than at most hotels
Cons (-) We had an "accessable" room, which I don't remember requesting. This wasn't bad, but I wish there were a few normal height towel bars & hooks, in addition to the low ones. There was a coffee-maker but no tea bags for non-coffee drinkers

Cons (-) 1.) view outside is dumpster of CVS. 2.) noisy AC 3.) not all staff are friendly.
Pros (+) I normally don't do surveys but I have to share the experience at this Courtyard Marriotts. I am very impressed with the hispitality I received from the front desk. Everyone was smiling and cheerful, helpful and pleasant, curious and attentive. I was so comfortable and welcomed. I have not had such an excellent experience in a long time. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.
