The reception staff were friendly helpful nothing was too much trouble. The valet service was very efficient shame one has to pay extra for this when one is already paying to stay in the hotel. The rooms were excellent having just been refurbished to a high standard. The beds were soft and the linen crisp and clean. The shower facilities were excellent
Would prefer proper cups in room instead of paper cups for my coffee. Also shower caps for the shower for ladies would be useful.
Hotel provides free car rides for guests to anywhere within three miles. Our corner suite was modern and beautiful!
