The location was perfect. The staff was helpful and courteous. Recommend this place for location and a good place to stay.

Pros (+) Location was great.
Cons (-) Construction on the hotel prevented sleeping past 630. It also made working from the room impossible. Housekeeping ignored the privacy please tag on the door both days i stayed there. The wifi in my room was unusable.

Pros (+) 24 Hour check-in was great. Staff was super friendly. Cold AC! Milk and cookies at night.

The room we got next was a disaster. Stains on the couches, dirty carpets, chair that was breaking, and fraying towels. Pros (+) Beds were very comfortable!!!
Cons (-) no self parking, but using the texting valet service was quick and easy. Nothing gluten free available for breakfast except fruit. Gluten free dinner options were great and deliscious!

Pros (+) Nice size room, location, complimentary bar & breakfast, & shuttle.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was TERRIBLE. We stayed 3 nights & they only made the bed every day. They never cleaned the bathroom, 2 of the 3 nights they didn't even replace our towels. I had to track down housekeeping to ask for some. They didn't vacuum or empty the trash. There were only 2 elevators that worked.

Pros (+) Professional and friendly service, excellent breakfast, good Wi-Fi connection, very nice decor, convenient location in the downtown . Our room had 2 queen beds with good mattresses. The stuff allowed us to check out one hour late and then let us sit in the lobby for an hour in the evening.
