Unclean bathrooms, visible hair left from prior person. Generally very tired rooms, needs some maintenance or an update. lobby was nice, restaurant was good, servers were good. Parking could be clearer

Pros (+) I loved this hotel. Everything looked super modern and very clean inside and out. The one thing that surprised me was that the breakfast was not complimentary. I had walked in, served myself, my wife and my daughter everything we needed before a "waiter" showed up. They were kind enough to let us slide but I did tip. Pros (+) I loved my room! Amenities were great, great selection and TV channels and there was very comfortable beds! The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Since I was there for a convention and the renovations were a damper on things, they gave attendees a complementary night, free parking and Wi-Fi. I thought it was a fantactic gesture.
Cons (-) Since they are in the middle of a renovation the lobby didn't look very great. Also I am not crazy about the 20% incidentals charge but I understand it's something they have to do. Lastly, the room service food isn't terribly great- it's kind of bland unfortunately .
