Pros (+) Overall this was exactly what I was looking for when traveling with my 3 year old son to see his dad race at VIR. It's not the closest hotel but it's close to restaurants and other amenities which was a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I'd definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) The morning we left, I went to run a bath for my son and the water, even on the coolest setting was scalding. I mean, dangerously scalding. So neither of us got to take a bath or shower that morning which was annoying. The staff seemed to take our complaint seriously but since we only stayed one night I have no idea if it got fixed. Would've been nice if they'd have offered us complementary breakf...
