Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, as well as the excellent wellness and spa facilities, which were frequently described as beautiful, relaxing, and well-equipped. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it good or standard, while others felt it lacked variety for a 4-star hotel. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, and some rooms were noted for their spaciousness. However, several reviews mentioned issues such as lack of air conditioning, noise from outside or thin walls, and occasional problems with the spa (e.g., cold jacuzzi water, limited hours). Despite some shortcomings, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding service and amenities.
