Economy

Easy to communicate with the agent, was able to easily add another day to the rental. Was the cheapest price after looking through other rental companies. Car had no issues, was comfortable and easy to drive, clean and well kept.

Luxury

Arrived at the airport and the office was locked and empty even though it was within office hours. Tried to ring the help line but, as it was a Saturday, the lines were closed. Turned out that both of the guys in the office had gone to retrieve more vehicles but even a sign on the door to say ‘back in nn minutes’ would have been helpful as it delayed me by at least 30 minutes.
