Overall, the hotel was great. We had almost no complaints about it. Great location, within walking distance of metro stop, Souq Waqif and Corniche. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. Erin, was able to check us in a couple of hours early since they had a room available. She also helped us figure out the Etheraz app, which is needed to enter some buildings and venues.
