A great location, very good facilities, clean, fresh, friendly staff, very accommodating. Our room was very quiet it was a 15 minute walk to the Souks and a 15 minute walk to the beginning of the harbour/Corniche front
The swimming pool facilities didn’t really looked well used they looked a bit forgotten they were part of a bar area with chairs stacked up and not very welcoming. There was a bar called The Claw in the basement at the front of the hotel which seems to be the place where anybody in Doha that wants to drink alcohol came to, it was very raucous there was brawling and lots of bad behaviour going on while we were sitting in the foyer waiting to go back to the airport late in the evening.
That’s perfect please

Close to Museums, Msheireb and Souq Waqif. Room sizes and cleanliness. They gave us late check out till 2pm, which i didn’t expect since they seemed very busy and booked.
Upon arriving they told us to wait they cant check us in “the hotel is full.please have a seat” What?!. After 30mins, they gave us 1 room to stay in on the 14th floor while the other room on the 3rd will be ready at 3pm. I didnt object that the rooms were too far apart i tried to be understanding since many people were complaining and yelling in the lobby. Later that night, at 11 pm i am waken up by loud music and loud banging. I called the front desk and asked if there is a night club or a party near by?! And to my surprise “Yes! theres a party at the club right above your room (roof pool) and it will finish at 2am. Do you want to go?” WOW!! I told them i do not want this room and that in the morning i will come down and you will change it for me and the guy replied “noted”. I’ve seen noisy neighbors, but never before have I seen a noisy hotel. I couldn’t go back to sleep that night as i am a light sleeper. Very disrespectful. I stayed up until 2 am listening to their awful songs. At 3pm the next day, they gave us a another room on the 4th floor “This is a beautiful room.” Thats exactly what you said about the room with the club right above! This whole issue with late check in and changing rooms is just tiring and frustrating. Breakfast was very limited and boring. On my last day in Doha, I went and had breakfast outside the hotel. I just couldn’t. Concierge desk was empty most of the time. Not very helpful as well. Maybe they should change the management. Doha was beautiful this hotel was not.
I always come for the bed, love Hilton beds!
I usually really like Double tree hilton but this time i was quite disapointed. First thing first, you didnt mention before the booking that theyre building/construktion outside the hotel and it makes much noices, that destroyed my whole visit during this stay. Another thing was i first got a room on the highest floor and it was under their club Pure so from 22 to 02 pm i heard music. The first day i was outside quite late but the second night i had enough and i call the concierge and explained the wrongs. I got a new room... Overall for a Hilton hotel five star hotel this was not good or got that standards
The location, the spacious room and the kindness of the personals. They let me stay longer, as I got a late flight.
