Pros:The service was incredible. They sent a shuttle on time to pick us up without me having to do anything but make the reservation. They were super friendly and made us feel welcome. A real nice surprise for a rental company!Cons:Nothing on their end. I was unsure how it'd work with the shuttle and you could tell people that they'll show up just for you based on your time input upon reservation. This personal service is such a nice benefit that you could let the customer know upon reservation on Kayak. But the service itself was perfect!Reviewed 13 Mar 2021

Cons:You need to change your system. I booked a one way rental only to find out when i got there, they only do local returns. You almost put me in a very awkward position of being stranded in Kalispell. I do not intent to use Kayak for any car rentals in the future.Reviewed 6 Jan 2020
