Entry agent was agreeable but not overly friendly. We received a different vehicle than I thought we were getting. I had reserved a Ford Econostar 12 person van but ended up with a Kia van with a third row. It did meet our needs and was a very nice car, but you had to climb in through the hatch to get to the third row. Thankfully we only took a few local trips after we reached our destination.

The shuttle drviver was shopping on his phone the entire time and it was hard to even get his attention to help me. The guys at the checkin counter were just as bad. There were 6 of them and two customers and it took them forever to help me and when they did they were rude and rushed since they were closing soon taking about their social plans other than helping us

was promised a Van, ended up getting a Truck since the other option was a mini van...next time make sure you DONT offer a VAN, since its not the same as a MINI VAN.

Staff seemed upset I was disturbing them when I picked up the car. I was the only person there for 15 minutes and still took over 30 minutes to get my vehicle. The interior was dirty and this 4 door jeep didn't have power locks. I spent the entire week having to unlock the doors manually. I drove about 10 miles down a gravel road while it was wet. When I returned the vehicle I was told it would be $250 to clean the exterior. I would never rent from Dollar again.

It was great I will recommend you anytime over budget budget is discussing and they have cockroaches in there so make sure you tell customers lol

Car was supposed to be ready for me when I got to the lot. I had to go to the counter. Rep informed me I could not use AAA and I had to buy roadside assistance at a significant uncharge. Return there was no service until a parking lot guy told me to just leave it after 15 minutes of waiting and told me they'd send a bill. It wasn't really great.

Took the reservation without telling us they had no cars available, and was told I had to wait at least 2-4 hours until they might get something in. Walked over to enterprise and got great service with a free upgrade right then and there.
