Couldn't cancel reservation ...no phone #to call and online wouldn't let me cancel. Plans changed...and now I'm being charged. Won't use 3rd party again.

The car was fine. It just wasn’t ready when I arrived and went directly to the garage.

The insurance part of the process wasn't clear and I needed to do more detailed research ton understand the mexican accident coverage. Once at the counter I was offered a 60$ a day insurance coverage, I needed to be very informed in order to get the cheaper option, which was still expensive, 40$ a day for insurance. The drop off was a bit complicated as no company representative was present on the drop off lot, which was situated on a different, more secluded part of the airport. We drove to the arrival lot and an employee was able to assist us.

I went to pick up location only to find out it was closed on sundays. Called dollar directly, they assured me the car was going to be available the next morning. When u showed up, there were no cars available. Will not be booking with dollar again.
