Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for being helpful, accommodating, and going beyond expectations, especially in resolving issues and providing guidance. The location near the metro and restaurants was also highlighted as a positive aspect. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, mentioning insects, bad odors, and general lack of cleanliness. Noise from nearby clubs and bars disturbed some guests, and a few found the rooms to be small or outdated. Overall, while service and location stood out positively, cleanliness and noise were notable concerns.
