Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful service, with many mentioning the staff's exceptional kindness and hospitality. Cleanliness is another strong point, as rooms and common areas are described as spotless and well-maintained. The hotel's central location is highly appreciated, making it convenient for exploring the city.
