Pros (+) It's a nice enough place. Staff is very nice. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will do so again.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were green. Housekeeping barged in several times a day outside of normal housekeeping hours. Once when I was taking a nap.
Cons (-) A/c did not work, no elevator, no cart for luggage
Pros (+) We were travelling at night and called to verify our reserved and confirmed room at midnight only to be told that they overbooked and had given our room away. The next person we spoke to said their key machine was broken and they couldn't check anyone in at all. The town had no other rooms at all. We had to scramble to find another room in another town and drive for several more hours. Bad start t...
Cons (-) They over booked and then lied about it. Left us stranded on vacation with no room... Horrible customer service. Horrible policy.
