Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and professional staff, and spacious rooms with beautiful views. Many appreciated the historic charm, unique lift, and overall cleanliness, though some noted areas needing renovation or better maintenance. Breakfast quality and service received frequent criticism, with several guests finding it below expectations for a hotel of this standard. While most found the rooms comfortable and enjoyed the atmosphere, a few mentioned issues with amenities, air conditioning, and minor cleanliness lapses.
