It was a very confusing situation. Very disorganized - you people rent cars that you don’t have available. You have no problem taking peoples money though.

I left my suit coat in the back seat. I filed a lost-and-found claim, but they said they didn't find the suit coat. Someone obviously stole it out of the car when I returned it.

Everything ok. Except the front windshield it was pretty nasty and was hard to see when the sun was infront of you when you’re driving and at nights with headlights. But overall it was good.
Didn’t get rental because they refused to accept my bank debit card and tried to tack on extra $500 totaling $900!!! Need better payment options!!!

It was impossible for me to get a rental because i didn't had a physical credit card. We live in an era where everything is digital yet i was required to have a physical credit card and a physical license. I had everything to get the rental but just because it's all digital it was impossible for me to get a car. I understand that you need to have guarantees but it's ridiculous. I had an emergency and just because your technology is out of date not only you deny me the service in this company but treat me like i was going to scam you. Simply terrible.
