This flight was operated by British Airways, on board a Boeing 777. Dinner was offered pre-flight in the Club lounge and was delicious, with obliging service by the dining room team. Once inflight, service was quick, efficient and nice ... with plenty of champagne refills and more food for those who wanted it. Landed 15 minutes early after a refreshing 4 hours sleep.

Why do flights always serve chocolate biscuits, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake? Strawberries,carrots and humous, grapes, olives, would make a nice alternative for example.
Hot food boring, tasteless
Great cabin comfort and entertainment. Very nice place to be.
Cabin crew less warm and professionally nice than Virgin. One point that needs addressing is that when the cabin crew or, even more so, the pilot came on the PA, the sound level was so much louder than that of the entertainment system. You had people jumping out of their seats and it was very uncomfortable.
Flight turned back after an hour. Held in HK for 24 hours.
Dreamliner no big sea change in air transport. Economy still uncomfortable and cramped.
Crew give the impression of being bossy and aloof, I saw them making faces behind someone's back.
Emirates crew are so much more helpful and pleasant.
Flight moved to split due to bad weather at Dubrovnik. No one at split was there to answer our questions. We missed our connecting flight from Rome to Budapest coz of the delay. Further our baggage was sent to Budapest when we clearly told them we missed our connecting flight and hence baggage should be sent to Rome.
We missed it bcoz of bad weather at Dubrovnik. When we reached Rome after like 10 hrs from the scheduled time, we were offered another flight to Budapest the following day i.e.24th oct. however we couldn't take it as it was reaching much later in the day and we would have missed another of our scheduled flights to back home. The staff were unhelpful when we asked for a flight the same day. Hence we had no choice but to book another flight to Budapest the same night at an additional cost. Hence we would like to get a refund for the Rome Budapest flight which we missed coz of no fault of ours
