Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and shopping centers. The pool is also highlighted as a positive feature, with several guests and families enjoying it. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, citing issues such as dirty carpets, musty smells, and inadequate housekeeping. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff members described as friendly and helpful, while others are noted for rudeness or lack of responsiveness. Breakfast and amenities like the water park and ice machines receive neutral to negative remarks, with guests suggesting improvements in variety and maintenance. Overall, while the location and pool are appreciated, there are significant concerns regarding cleanliness and service quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
