had to wait half an hour outside of budget office because the associate left and locked up. once inside, roaches on counter and keyboard. the associate had to stop my paperwork because he realized he’d given the wrong car to the wrong person before me.Avis

The woman who assisted me was so pleasant and went out of her way to get me the exact car I wanted and have it ready when I needed it. She was friendly and made me feel my safety was a priority in these difficult times. I wish I knew her name to explicitly thank her. Great experience overall.Cons:

Willingness to assist when there is an issue with getting the car reserved.Cons:
They canceled my reservation since i did not arrive at 2pm. I would suggest in the furure, an email or call to confirm if i still want the reservation instead of canceling without notice would help for a better experience. Because of this, we were forced to go to another location.2.8 Poor

Reeked of cigarettes and cigars after a week of open window, disinfect spray. Major airport and garage security issue. Trunk permanently locked. Renting group didn’t even check at rental! Couldn’t be opened for security check.7.6 Good

I arrived 40 minutes after the time I designated for pickup, believing the credit card I provided secured the car. It was given away when I arrived. The manager huddled in the corner working to find another van for us. Luckily he found another van at another location that we were able to drive and pickup the van.10.0 Wonderful

The staff member who helped me was great - very professional and helpful.Cons:
The office was dirty and needed a lot of maintenance. The staff member who was helping me was wonderful but the rest of the staff were being loud and goofing off - making it difficult to hear and very distracting.9.6 Wonderful
