Credit card that is accepted by enterprise on the us they decline to take a deposit out of it and they left us stranded in the middle of the night with a lot of rain and a one year old with us. Simply they refused service to us and we had to go to another company around midnight in the rain where we got ripped off to rent a car...for a small compact car they charged us 1100 $Reviewed 10 Jun 2026

The staff was very kind and helpful for both pick up and drop off. The car was comfortable, clean and new. However the waiting time at the pick up was very long, my friends who landed 20 mins later came and pick up within couple of minutes in another car rental counter. The lady in the counter was very nice and helpful, however the customer had so many questions, requests and we had to wait him for more than 20-25 mins and the line behind me kept getting longer. If there were 2 staff in the counter at that time things could have been a lot easier and quick for the ones waiting in the line.Reviewed 2 May 2024
