Good experience overall. Pick up was long - first car had a flat so I needed to go back and change for a new one - total process took 90minReviewed 24 Sept 2026

Hertz refused to accept my husband picking up the car instead of me, despite having sent an email to hertz to inform of this and him having the credit card for the reservation. He ended up having to pay $500 more for a new reservation at the counter.Reviewed 1 Sept 2025

When picking up my vehicle, they insisted I take a hybrid vehicle saying it was going to get better mileage for the price and save me on gas but it had worse mileage compared to the vehicle I had reserved, so I really just paid more for gas and more for the vehicle they upsold me on. There was no financial benefit.Reviewed 18 May 2024

Nice, clean comfortable car. For some reason the pick up office in terminal 2 was closed for ten minutes as we arrived, but eventually the person working there arrived and we got our car.Reviewed 18 Oct 2022
