The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable however not the most professional. The car was vacuumed but the windshield was not cleaned on the inside. The windshield wipers were terrible and need to be changed. Closing at noon on a Saturday is ridiculous.Reviewed 15 Oct 2023

Cons:We reserved a premium suv a week in advance for a family trip to Colorado (4 adults and 2 teens). I called mid-week to make sure they would have one on friday, he assured me they would. Arrived there as planned to pick it up and they did not have a premium suv. Tgey offered the 12 person cargo van, but we couldnt see it being comfortable for a 16 hour trip and we couldn't fold down the back seats to slide our numerous pieces of luggage in. Pros:The Mini Van was nice and at a somewhat reasonable priceCons:The car was not very clean The gas tank was not filled all of the way - it just barely touched the F line and I was down to an eighth of a tank just driving around town.Reviewed 23 Aug 2016
