The first vehicle we received was not in the best condition, with some mechanical problems. However when we returned it we were immediately given a newer vehicle in perfect condition. Sometimes vehicles go out that need more attention . The fact that we received a newer vehicle immediately with no questions asked and an apology made the experience much better.Reviewed 3 Mar 2026

The entire process was quick and easy! A driver picked us up at the airport in a shuttle and took us to where they store the cars. The car was clean and in excellent shape.
