The in airport pickup was great. The agent was great. The car worked great for me. The only reason why it didn’t get the top-top rating was because the poor desk agent had to switch between programs for 3rd party purchases (like kayak) and that took quite a while. They didn’t have the car we have rent and they do not have us any additional opcion appart from waiting until they have one available.
