My online order said to pickup car Sat at noon. When I got to enterprise they close at noon. No where on my printout did it give hours of operation. I was lucky someone was still at enterprise and they were able to help. I called to confirm my reservation and that the van was available 48 hours before then 24 hours later they called and said they were cancelling the reservation because they needed the 15 passenger vans for the F1 race at COTA. It was disappointing I made a reservation, confirmed it then was told they gave the van to the highest bidder, capitalism. I had reserved the van for an amusement park trip for 11 teenagers. The team in Memphis lost my reservation, even after confirming my pick-up time a few days prior. In the end I just rented a similar vehicle but the cost was over $100 higher. When I dropped the vehicle off a week later, your employee Gray asked how my rental was and I told him about the issue. He immediately found my original reservation and billed me the original amount.
