Car could have been in better condition. It broke down on I4 in FL at 10pm and customer service was less than helpful for an hour. The tow truck when it arrived was great but getting help from Enterprise or state police in FL didn’t materialize. Enterprise should have sent an Uber at their expense as we were 7 miles from an exit. If it wasn’t for the amazing tow truck driver we might still be waiting. Very friendly staff, attentive, quick to get us going and show us the car. Drop off was very good, and staff were efficient. Receiving invoice immediately through email was great. I would definitely use Kayak again, and car rental with Enterprise. Although I had money (cash) and a Debit card with a bank for over 20 years, I was REJECTED to rent a car because it was not a major credit card. YOUR LOSE, and you will CONTINUE TO LOSE because you REJECT other forms of payment offered by SOUND & STABLE customers who practice NO DEBT strategies TO CREDIT CARDS which in TRUTH is only a legalized credit scame meant to CREATE DEBIT. I used kayak to reserve a passenger van. The enterprise in south holland called me the next day to inform me they don’t carry those vehicles in their inventory.
