The car was great and the Enterprise staff were great. A consistent problem is the lack of staffing. There are 2-3 people that are doing EVERYTHING and they are doing it well, but wait times are much longer than they should be. I was very disappointed with my rental. I contacted my local enterprise office four times about the availability of a luxury suv for our trip. Each time I was asked to trust the process but sadly it was a snow job. At pickup time there were no luxury SUV’s available. I was given an uncomfortable GMC I did not want.
