Overall, I had a really good experience with Enterprise. The team was super helpful and professional. I had booked an SUV, but since the previous customer returned it late, I was given a citadine instead. It wasn’t ideal for long drives or hiking, but the staff were very friendly and did their best to help—even if the delay pushed my plans a bit. The car was in good condition, and since I had full insurance and the fuel tank option, I returned the vehicle without any problems. The whole return process was quick and easy. Despite the small hiccup, the service was great, prices were competitive, and the staff made it a positive experience. I’d definitely rent with them again!
