Cons:They gave me the SMALLEST car possible when it was a complete blizzard/ horrible road conditions all week. They also did not have winter tires on their vehicle. I felt extremely unsafe in the vehicle. I was not even able to drive it for some of the days because the car could not handle the road.Reviewed 31 Jan 2019

Pros:The service was really great. The gentleman assisting me got me a vehicle right away and apologized repeatedly for not having an intermediate sized car like I had booked for (only had SUVs) .Cons:The only downside was that the SUV available had just been returned and not fully cleaned out yet. Previous driver smoked in it. Not a big deal but not the best haha. The enterprise associate though did make sure that I knew that I could trade it at another location if I needed to which was very kind ! We decided not to as it would interfere with our trip.Reviewed 5 Nov 2018
