Pros:Everyone at this location are very helpful and professional.Cons:I would really like it if Enterprise put floor mats back into cars. It is much easier to clean a rubber floor mat than a carpet before returning the rental.Reviewed 26 Jan 2021

Pros:Not much too like other than car was fairly new.Cons:Car was not clean. Had to drive with windows down the entire time due to extreme smoke smell. Trash left in glove box. We were originally scheduled to have an SUV that we booked months ago and location gave it away to another costumer forcing us to either take a mini van or a small car. Location did not inform us that they were closed on Sunday when we were scheduled to drop off either.Reviewed 25 Jan 2021

Pros:The staff was friendly and made the whole transaction smooth as silk. As a matter of fact, due to an issue with the plates being expired on my original vehicle, I was able to get an upgrade at no additional cost, which competitors don't always offer. Checking in literally took me about minutes.Cons:I rarely have an issue with Enterprise, which is why I have only strayed once :-) I would never rent from anywhere else.Reviewed 27 Oct 2020

Pros:Drop off was fine. They said our reservations were at the other location not the airport. When I booked it said Knoxville airport. So they gave us a smaller vehicle and charged 70 dollars more. They told me I booked at wrong location. Very upset. Would like a refund if the difference we were charged versus what i booked.Cons:It would of been nice to get the car and price we booked for.
