I liked everything about my experience with Enterprise. The thing that stood out the most was the agent...Melanie was very courteous and patient with my dilemma and went out of her way to make it as smooth as possible and she totally succeeded. pick up from the valleyPros:Clean and easy drop offCons:At what stage is it important enough to inform me that I require a credit card in order to rent from the valley heading north (I simply do not own or want one)? A visa debt card is fine for any other booking I have made.
