The friendly customer service reps are amazing! I dont know what you folks have done but your people are going beyond rhe call! I rented a care in havasue during the pandemic, the manager was a joke and let everyone know her political affiliation. She was wearing a lace mask. But recently HAD no choice and rented there again! I booked a car and was not told till I got there that they had no options in the grade of cars I selected so I could cancel my reservation or pay extra for a car from the sports car category.
