Cons:We never got this rental. We called enterprise directly to confirm prior to our arrival (the day before) and they told us the mini van was given to someone else. We were a family of 6 visiting family in Puerto Rico and did not have any transportation. Terrible service!!!Reviewed 8 Jul 2021

Pros:I was very dissatisfied with the entire transaction.Cons:The enterprise agent, Ashley, disputed everything I told her. She first told me I was suppose to pick up my car the day before, I showed her my reservation and then she stated that the information on the computer doesn't translate the same when reservations are made with a 3rd party (KAYAK). I made my reservations in January, called enterprise on 2 occasions to verify the reservations and the payment methods excepted. When I arrived for my vehicle in late June I paid the same amount for a mini van when I reserved a premium SUV because they would not except payment on a debit card which was never disclosed until the day I arrived. No amount adjustments or customer considerations, even when I told her EVERYONE I spoke to. Worst transaction EVER!Reviewed 7 Jul 2021
