Pick up took about 30 minutes to find a representative to pick up the car. No one was at the desk and the person on duty was difficult to find and when she was found she was not eager to help us. I rented a car for my daughter’s birthday party to transport kids and I showed up to get the car and they didn’t have any 7 passenger vehicles left “they overbooked”.
