Pros:Did not have car I ordered. Tried to get me to take smaller car. I refused. Was given a hard time by salesman and then he went away. Tried to speak to manager, was ignored. Staff very unfriendly. I had to leave without a car. Was a disaster. I went to Avis and was treated as a customer should be. Rented a car to my choice for 2 weeks.Cons:more honest treatment of a customer. A manager that would listen to my problem. A less hostile attitude. Have used Enterprise in the past, would never use again.Reviewed 1 May 2021
