Pros:Drop off and pick up were both very quick and easy. The van we rented was brand new and very nice. The whole experience was excellent.Reviewed 18 Mar 2019

Cons:when i went to pick up my rental, they didn't have it there. I was supposed to pick it up at 12pm, the lady said it'll be a moment while they get it ready. Then 15 minutes later I asked how long and they said the vehicle wasn't there because someone hadn't returned it yet. (this was opportunity #1 to communicate). So I asked they give me a ride home since my ride had already left. They said it would be there between 12-1. At 1pm I called back to see what was up (at this point I was already 1 hour late to depart for a wedding) and they said they had to go pick up the vehicle and it wouldn't be ready until like 3:30pm (again, they hadn't communicated this until I called them). At that point I was really screwed so I just took a different car. Absolutely the worst rental pickup I've ever had and horrible communication.Reviewed 30 Oct 2018
