Staff was very helpful and patient. I understand not committing to a refund for planning the default statement shouldn’t be “we will refund it right back in return of the car” should probably be put out front that if after hours it might be delayed and or it may take up to two weeks. My refund was within in two days but for budget and planning worst case scenario should be stated up front. That is not a complaint just a suggestion.Reviewed 19 Mar 2026

The car they gave me was tucked back in behind a truck and between two other cars at the back of the lot. They hadn’t pulled it out for me, so I had to squeeze around and through the other vehicles to do the inspection. I thought that was strange, but other than that it was fine.Reviewed 19 Mar 2026
