Pickup and dropoff were very convenient and pleasant. I don't remember the employees at pickup but Sue at drop-off was great. After discussing our needs for going into the mountains and requiring 4 wheel drive it was easy to adjust the booking in person to get the vehicle which would work best for us for the trip. Pros:The pick up and return was quick and simple and the staff was friendly and helpful. Upon return I pointed out a spot on the rear seat where a prior occupant had dropped chocolate on the seat and they gave me a credit for having to drive a dirty vehicle!Cons:Absolutely nothing!Reviewed 6 May 2019

Pros:Drop off was super easy and very friendly, even at 5am! I needed an AWD vehicle and received a Suburban, which was much larger than the Standard SUV that I had reserved. This ended up being very appreciated as it handled the heavy snowfall very well. Loved the heated seats, too!Cons:Pickup was a little slow. Some unnecessary confusion during pickup lowers ratingPros:The car we received was good, clean and met our needs well.Cons:When we arrived, they tried to give us a 15 passenger (hugh) vehicle in lieu of the 8 passenger vehicle we rented. At the last minute, the rep says he "forgot" about another option - an 8 passenger car that was wheat we had rented in the first place.
