Pick up at lax: staff could be more human. More signage at the airport directing to where the shuttle would be helpful! Vehicle exterior was dirty and wet. They could have at least hosed it down to wash off the dirt, but i was too tired from my flight to argue and just wanted to get home. Drop off in Sorrento Valley: great location!. Car was to be a the Airport. I was booked at an another location. I was told to get my own transportation to the alternative location, uber ect. I had to go a book a car at the airport location as if I never had a reservation even though they already put me in a car. They had me pull my luggage and mover. to a new car. I don’t know why I need a credit card just to rent a car. I have the money I can rent it. I wasted my time driving over there. I will never do this again with this kind of company. I’d rather go somewhere else. I will take a debit card just to rent a car.Reviewed 18 Oct 2026
