It would have been nice to know that I needed a credit card to rent the larger van. I ended up with a smaller van in the end. I was a bit miffed that no one had informed me before I arrived to pick it up. Otherwise the service was very good.Reviewed 2 Dec 2025

I was very disappointed with my rental. I contacted my local enterprise office four times about the availability of a luxury suv for our trip. Each time I was asked to trust the process but sadly it was a snow job. At pickup time there were no luxury SUV’s available. I was given an uncomfortable GMC I did not want. As always, Enterprise is the most expensive car rental option. However, I've always used Enterprise because as a disabled person with a service dog, I've never had any issues with my dog being allowed in the car. This time, when I returned the car, the Enterprise staff person, took one look at us and immediately declared that I would have to pay a 250.00 cleaning fee. I always travel with a car seat cover and my dog is harnessed in and does not roam the vehicle. If there was any hair in the car, it would have floated off when I removed the cover. It was in no way the "excessive hair" stated in the rental agreement that would warrant a cleaning fee. The attendant also told me that NO dogs were allowed in Enterprise vehicles, which is inaccurate.Reviewed 28 Nov 2025
