Not cheap and we are not happy "HAVING" to purchase the extra insurance and our CC covers the extra insurance but that's the way in Mexico. But we have to say that the staff was accommodating, helpful, friendly, etc... couldn't ask for anything else.Reviewed 20 Jan 2025

Enterprise didn't have the advertised vehicle available. They said they are not responsible or liable for what you advertise on your site. They say they don't provide you with updated availability. It took me 1 hour to try to solve the issue. They just had a more expensive car available and it took me 1 hour to negotiate the price. Finally, I didn't take the car since their process was painful and they didn't provide any customer support and they were not interested in customer care or satisfaction.Reviewed 20 Jan 2025

This is the second car i have rented over the past 2 weeks at the miami lakes location, however, both cars have smelled like a cigarette ashtray…. This second car was supposed to have a full tank and was not even 1/4 full. Was unable to pick up car as I was informed days before the trip that the off site rental location closed at 2:00 pm on Saturday that we arrived and was closed entirely on Sunday. Ended up using Uber and saved over a thousand dollars.Reviewed 15 Jan 2025
