Pros: Staffer Ali was wonderful I appreciate the hot breakfast Love the quiet, spacious suites Really really appreciate the link with the JCC
Cons: Nothing that I can think of
4.8 OK
Cons: First there was a large spider on the couch when I walked into the room. Housekeeping came and got it. The next day when I turned over the pillows for fluffing, there was yet another medium sized spider. I packed up my stuff and checked out early.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The 2 room suite is great. Have stayed here in the past and it's always immaculate! Nice, comfortable bed/bedding. Quiet. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Great coffee. Very accommodating staff. Always look forward to staying here when we visit family in the area.
Cons: There used to be a pond and walking trail behind the hotel with a seat/swing beside it. It was the perfect place to sit and catch your breath. Unfortunately, "progress" has taken its toll and now there is a structure being built there. A walking trail still exists, but the pond is gone. Sometimes change is not for the best.

Pros: The beds were awesome and the room was very clean. A very good location at the waterfront. The staff was very accommodating.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the convenience to Longwood Gardens. The breakfast was just what we needed to start off our day.
Cons: It was an extremely warm fall day. Our room was very hot and stuffy. We were told to "fiddle with the thermostat" to get the AC to work. We waited but nothing changed. They graciously offered to move us. That room was much cooler.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how it felt like a B&B but had the privacy of a hotel. The decor was dated but it added to the charm for the most part. The fireplace and tub were wonderful and even had candles. The breakfast was decent for a free meal. I would stay again.
Cons: There were a few things like the soap dish & tub that had marks/chips in them but overall, the unit and building was in good shape, just dated a little. The waffle maker gave us trouble at breakfast, & no micro/coffee in the room but the fridge was useful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The sweet character, the location, the decorations.
Cons: The pillows are lumpy, and the beds need upgrading.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a charming place to stay. We were served a lovely breakfast. The room was very pretty and comfortable
Cons: Wish we had a coffee pot in the room. Breakfast wasn't until 8:00 so we early birds had to wait.

Pros: everything

8.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious, well-designed, & had excellent lighting.
Cons: Breakfast during the week was fine (eggs), but on Sat., Sun., & Mon., they serve a terrible chipped beef & gravy on biscuits- inedible. That alone would prevent me from staying there on weekends.
4.0 OK
Pros: Convenient location. Breakfast included.
Cons: First issue concerned checking in. The computer reservation system was malfunctioning and the hotel was unable to access my reservation. I did have a copy of my confirmation fortunately. It took 45 minutes to find me a room which was not the room I had reserved. Room carpet was stained. Dust ruffle and shower curtain were very wrinkled. Housekeeping did not empty the trash can. The woman attending to breakfast bar was somehow locked out of the kitchen so some items were not available. Observed her, a maintenance man and several guests attempting to break into the kitchen with knives and scissors. They eventually broke down the door, breaking the door frame, causing significant damage. I have stayed here several times before and was overall disappointed.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: All conveniences were there. You might want to add another computer for guest use, as one week night I did find both computers in lengthy use by one person and his partner.
Cons: Inasmuch as my stay included time during the Passover Jewish holiday, your breakfast buffet should have included Passover matzoh as one of the available choices, and there was none. This would seem to show some ethnic insensitivity, since Jewish patrons should not eat bread or similar baked goods on this holiday.
6.0 Good
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the room had everything I needed for one night.
Cons: I found a cockroach in the bathroom.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very professional, friendly and flexible. We originally planned to stay for three nights but b/c of a blizzard we had to stay two additional nights.
Cons: The microwave needs replacing as the turn table did not rotate. Also, the televisions were not HD so the pictures were blurry.
6.8 Good
Pros: I would stay here again. But after their remodel of the breakfast area is complete. They still had a lot out, but is was mostly convenience store stuffs with a waffle machine. I don’t know if that is normal or if it was a constraint due to remodel. Beds were so comfortable. And the staff was very nice and welcoming.
Cons: Broken furniture in the room. No fresh whole fruits at breakfast.

Cons: Every night my sleep was interrupted by a very loud noise coming from a backing up garbage truck that sounded like a giant alarm clock. Front desk promised but failed to move my room. They also swore that the truck won't be back on my last night of stay, yet once again I was woken up prematurely.

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Only thing wrong was late at night had young females running and Loud in the hallway.
4.6 OK
Pros: Staff was great.. Location convenient except for one of only 2 access roads was covered with 2' of water and closed..
Cons: This hotel sat unfinished for many years as a result of its owners trying to defy local ordinances. When the current owners took over its very apparent that the finishing construction was rushed, and there was little to No attention to detail, or even quality. Our room which was a deluxe suite was very nice and contemporary on first appearance. But stepping into the vast bathroom the lack of ATD, and current maintance was apparent. The ceiling covering the air duct was peeling paint from one side of the room to the other. 75% of the grout around the jacuzzi tub was either missing or falling out and the tiles around the base were falling out.. The toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet that you had to literally get up from the toilet to reach it and I'm 6' tall. We checked in 2 the 2 rooms we had reserved around 7:45pm and neither of our rooms were ready at almost 8 at night. My wife and I headed to the bar for a much needed drink and appetizer. Upon arriving at the lounge, I asked the bartender what she recommended. I was told that the shrimp, tomato, avocado with "garlic and olive oil" (as described on the menu) was " the best thing on the menu". When it arrived it was a bowl of shrimp tomatoe concasse, and diced avacado (way over ripe) drowned in a heavy cheese sauce. There was no.mention of cheese, cream or dairy on the menu, nor by the bartender who reccomended it. This is the Sheraton? Come on..this is simple stuff. I am a professionally trained chef, and have successfully opened and managed over 17 restaurants in my career. This is just basic common sense for a beginner to accurately describe your menu items. What if I or my guest were lactose intolerant? The menu implies something light and fresh, but what you get is the exact opposite. Big thumbs down here. Looking around there is indication, after indication once again that there is little to no care or pride put into maintaining this property. Crown molding all over is not even close to fitting together properly, carpet in common areas is pulling away from walls and stairs, almost every window we saw in the common areas was filthy and covered with hand prints. Just not what I would.consider as standard for a Sheraton, that is fairly new.. I want to be clear that every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite and accomadating which shows that there is a manger in place with great pride for their staff. I'm guessing based on professional experience that there is non existent ownership in place that requires the staff to operate on a shoestring budget and that puts the margin before all else.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I liked the amenities in the room , the coffee served was good and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the jet bathtub in the bathroom.
Cons: I didn't like that the room didn't have any Windows to the outside. It only showed Windows to the hallway of the hotel. It was weird because people walking in the hallway could see into our room. The room also had some random stains on the couch and on the wall. I think the room overall was clean but they missed a few spots during cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed one night on a road trip. Can't beat the location right off the highway. Comfortable bed, great air conditioning, great night's sleep.
7.7 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Bedsheets wasn't clean
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean nice rooms
Cons: Pool was dirty. Too many occupants in the pool. Hot tub was broke and dirty
6.8 Good
Pros: The front desk was very friendly and attentive. Also the engineer that came to attempt to fix my problem was also very friendly. The room was comfortable, bed was great! But only one window in the bedroom (it was a suite) so it felt a little dark. Nice room amenities and lots of complimentary add one available- 2 free bottles of water. You can call for a flat iron etc... the internet
Cons: The Internet did not work in my room for the entire tea of my stay. I needed to do some business work on my personal issued computer and was unable to do so. They made several attempts to fix the problem but never did. Also I left the note on the door asking for breakfast but no one picked it up so there was no breakfast in the morning. Apparently mine was the only room that had the Internet problem. They did send the engineer up to try to fix it and they did work to reimburse me for part of my payment which was fair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful customer service, comfortable and very clean rooms, and an awesome price!
Cons: I loved everything!

7.1 Good
Cons: Scratchy sheets, drab interiors
6.8 Good
Pros: Friendly bar staff
Cons: Had to pay for parking Had to pay for Breakfast, even continental breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was convenient for our purposes, but there wasn't much to do in the area. If you went out at night there really wasn't anything open. It's the sort of area that closes down after 5 p.m. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. Overall, it was a good value for the money.
Cons: The bathroom drain was slow running, but that was the only problem with the room. The location is really better suited for business then for a leisure visit.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were helpful from moment we arrived to departure. Beds were very comfortable and room (on the HHonors floor) was clean and well appointed.
Cons: Buffet breakfast could be trimmed down (omelet bar was barely used) and then included in room rate. Parking is also $15 extra if you add it to your hotel bill. You still park your own car and then get ticket validated at front desk. OR, just hold on to your ticket, don't have it added to your bill, and pay just $11 for an overnight stay to the parking lot attendant!
7.1 Good
Cons: Parking was not included and no breakfast. Most other hotels include these things for the price.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Got a free breakfast coupon for the buffet, which was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: room décor, tv, and internet service
Cons: paying for parking

Cons: the water in the room took too long to get hot, and we had alittle trouble with the key card
5.4 OK
Pros: Conveniently located. Room size worked for our family. I recieved a comp drink.
Cons: The hotel is a bit run down. It looks as if it's been neglected since the Sheraton South was opened. The carpet throughout could use a steam cleaning or just remove it. Not sure if anything could be done about the elevators being so slow.

Pros: It was reasonably priced

9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff is friendly, rooms are clean though spartan (almost military). There are many restaurants nearby and some are 24 hours so if you are working late you can still find food near the hotel
Cons: Pool is closed and the temperature reached 100; staff said pool had been broken for two years. The hotel is next door to an airport though it is now only private planes so relatively quiet.
4.0 OK
Pros: The proximity to the airport is a 2 minute walk…which is bad if you like peace and quiet
Cons: The police were already on site when I arrived. Location is not the best and staff was not the friendliest. In the room, there are half size pillows and the beds are fairly uncomfortable
