Winter Garden staff was great especially Mr. Jamauri... But, I'd like to inform: I was contesting the TollPass Convenience Fee because there was no transponder(toll pass device) displayed on the windshield of the vehicle. The staff was very kind and helpful for both pick up and drop off. The car was comfortable, clean and new. However the waiting time at the pick up was very long, my friends who landed 20 mins later came and pick up within couple of minutes in another car rental counter. The lady in the counter was very nice and helpful, however the customer had so many questions, requests and we had to wait him for more than 20-25 mins and the line behind me kept getting longer. If there were 2 staff in the counter at that time things could have been a lot easier and quick for the ones waiting in the line.Reviewed 2 May 2024

Finding the pickup location was a challenge. The taxi driver couldn't find it. The GPS brought us to an address but there were no signs indicating it was a car rental place at all. We had to drive back a lane and ask some people to be directed to the right place.Reviewed 30 Apr 2024

Easy online selection. The car I requested was actually there (unlike other brands on past). The car seats for the kids were ok. A high back booster option would be nice to have for young kids who are bigger than a toddler seat and too small for just a simple booster. Rental price for kids seats is too much for the value. Those booster seats are old and can be bought for 20$ at Walmart, which I will do instead next time. Slow counter service and the line to leave the garage took almost 10 mins.
