Pros (+) We stay here about once every three months and it's always great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great location. Clean.
Cons (-) Breakfast used to be so good, but it seems that they've cut the breakfast budget and it's really lacking now. Even the cheaper yogurt brand they've switched to tastes awful.

Cons (-) room service food was awful (completely raw burger, as if if was just shaped and put onto the bun, not cooked at all, when asked for medium) Fish fingers super dry, no flavor breakfast buffet pancakes put me in the bathroom for a while
