Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location and stunning lake views, with many enjoying the outdoor areas and proximity to nature. However, there were repeated complaints about poor value for the price, with many guests feeling that the amenities and room quality did not match the high rates. Cleanliness was also an issue for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms and insufficient housekeeping. Additionally, the lack of amenities such as a pool, complimentary breakfast, and activities for families was frequently mentioned as a downside.AI-generated from customer reviews
