One of the two elevators was out of service and a mattress in our room was in poor condition.

Pros (+) Everything from the very friendly staff to the rooms, food and roof top deck!
Cons (-) The manager Bob, he was very negative about his own hotel! Complaining about the design of the hotel and something about hot water. The hot water was fine and even the hot tub was hot!
